As a member of Jet Engine CrossFit, you will have access to PowerFit Eats prepped meals. Whether you want to keep track of your calories or macros or simply want the convenience of a healthy meal, our fridge is stocked daily with fresh food just for you!

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching training geared toward your fitness needs and goals. If you are new to high-intensity workouts, personal training is a great place to start, set your goals, and prepare you for group classes.
